The Big Chill ran across 2 days organised by EKST and facilitated by some amazing artists, oracy, wellbeing, and outdoor specialists. Many thanks too to Pines Calyx- an amazing place. We had some fantastic feedback from students and staff:
Feedback from students:” I liked how we could speak about how we liked and disliked about things in our life. Very therapeutic. Anxiety strategies and how to control them. Take time for myself. How to cope with exam stress. Sleeping patterns and how it affects anxiety.”
Feedback from teachers:
“The pupils we brought had a fantastic day – as did I. Thank you so much on behalf of the HBH clan, the students really enjoyed the whole day. Considering some students struggle walking into a classroom they all did so well. I will be able to use a lot of the sleep and anxiety strategies here in school.”
